Shipping Policy

For shipping, we use reliable courier partners to ship the products. If you are not available on delivery, you can call them back and arrange a new delivery or you can pick it up at their location.

We will not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen delay by courier companies in delivering packages to the customer, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

For deliveries within Bangalore, we take 2-3 days for deliveries within Bangalore. For other cities, it is expected to take 3-7 Business Days. 

Do you charge for shipping?
All orders above Rs 500 are eligible for free shipping within Bangalore. Outside of Bangalore, standard courier partner charges apply. 

How will I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a notification from us with the tracking details once the shipment has been booked. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.
 

What do I do if I have a special request pertaining to my order?
We love special requests. Just drop us a note at contact@inner-balance.in or call us at +91 95913 11760 with your order number.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally at the moment. Write to us at contact@inner-balance.in to request for an international shipping.

Do you offer COD?
We currently do not provide COD.
