inner balance is a brand owned wholly by Sri Vallabha Platforms, and as part of the below terms of service, Sri Vallabha Platforms and inner balance are used interchangeably.
The following Terms of Service are applied when inner balance offers you access to our website. Any reference to access to our website in the agreement below is not limited to innerbalanceonline.in and also refers to access to our platform in any form or format.

These Terms of Use (as defined herein below) are made between inner balance and you as a “Site Visitor” and/or “User.” By using and/or visiting this website (“inner balance”), (collectively, including all content available through the innerbalanceonline.in domain name, (the “Website” or “Site”) you agree to be legally bound by both these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and the terms and conditions of inner balance’s Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) and to any additional terms, guidelines, policies, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site, which is published on the Website for reference.
By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are over the age of 18 and are lawfully able to accept these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of any other person/s (including individuals) or entity (including bodies corporate and unincorporated), you further represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on such entity’s/person’s behalf, and that such entity agrees to indemnify inner balance for violations of these Terms.

Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made and executed at Bengaluru, India, and in all respects shall be interpreted, construed and governed by and in accordance with laws of India with exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bengaluru, India, and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to Governing Laws of the Courts of Bengaluru, India. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the courts at Bengaluru, India and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
Changes to these terms of use
inner balance reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time and in any or all of the content, products, features and services or change/charge any fees or charges for use of the services contained on the Website or any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective on the date it is notified as having become effective and/or on posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy periodically for changes. We encourage you to review the Site Terms whenever you visit the website. If at any time you choose not to accept these Terms, including following any such modifications hereto, then please do not use the Site.
Commencement of Service
The Service shall be deemed to have commenced on the “Date of Commencement” of service. “Date of Commencement” is the date indicating the acceptance by the user to use the services of inner balance. Acceptance is indicated by accessing, browsing or otherwise using innerbalanceonline.in.

This website offers visitors to book our services and buy our products. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Who can use our website; what are the requirements to create an account
​In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Key commercial Terms offered to customers
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your payment method.

Return and refund policy
We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us with your order number at contact@inner-balance.in. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Inner Balance, 800, Gokhale Road, BEML 3rd Stage, RR Nagar, Bangalore 560098.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
No stocks can be returned or refunded unless there is a packaging error from our end , i..e torn packets, broken boxes etc. Please contact our customer care for further clarifications.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We don’t have an exchange policy. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall inner balance (Sri Vallabha Platforms), be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, inner balance (Sri Vallabha Platforms) assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
